Condition reports
If you are not able to visit us, please ask your requests for condition reports or additional photos by email. We are happy to help. Please note, requests after Saturday 20 April, 17:00 hours CEST (Central European Summer time) will not be answered. Our email address is reception@utrechtauctions.com
How does Timed online work?
Bidding is open during two weeks. You can view and manage your bids on your Live bids page (logged-in). When you are outbid, our system also sends an email.
All lots close on the auction day.
Closing times 21 April:
12:00 CEST | range 1-999
13:00 CEST | 1000 range
14:00 CEST | 2000 range
15:00 CEST | 3000 range
16:00 CEST | 4000 range
17:00 CEST | 5000 range
Central European Summer Time | Amsterdam Time
All the lots in a range close simultaneously. Place your bids in time.
All lots in a series close as soon as the countdown clock hits 00:00:00. If there are (counter) bids in the last 10 minutes before closing, the lot will be extended by five minutes. Our online system sends an email to the active bidders. After a counter bid in extended time, five new minutes start.

Buyers costs
The buyer's premium is 28%. There's no VAT, the marge-regeling is applicable.
Resale right
Resale right applies to works of art by living artists and artists who died less than 70 years ago if the transaction value -including commission- is 3000 euros or more.
In the event that resale right applies, we will charge this to the buyer. Resale right will be calculated afterwards and charged by a separate invoice. Up to 50,000 euros, the resale right is a percentage of 4%. For more information about resale right, please click here (NL only) or please contact our staff.

100-300 euro+ 10 euro
300-500 euro+ 25 euro
500-1000 euro+ 50 euro
1000-5000 euro+ 100 euro

10000 euro and more+ 1000 euro
When bidding, the next bidding step is pre-entered but you can also enter a maximum amount.

Collection, shipping and transport
Please note:
Purchases must be paid and collected within two working weeks.
Collection / Pick-up
Purchases can be collected after the auction day. Please note: collection is only possible with an online time slot. All successful bidders will be send an email as soon as the booking tool is online.
• It is not possible to collect purchases on the actual auction day.
• For collection you can pay by pin card. We do not accept credit cards.
Shipping within The Netherlands
Do you wish shipping within The Netherlands? That is possible depending on the objects. We send items via PostNL (signed delivery, standard ensured up until 500 euro). Although we pack carefully, shipping is always at the buyer's risk. Please email your shipping request to reception@utrechtauctions.com
Due to the quantity, fragility, size or weight, shipping via our shipping service may not be possible. We recommend the following third parties.
