If you are not able to visit us, please ask your requests for condition reports or additional photos by email. We are happy to help. Please note, requests after Saturday 27 November, 17:00 hours CET (Central European time) will not be answered. 

Hoe does Timed online work?


All lots close on Sunday 28 November.

Closing times:

12:00 CET | range 1-999
13:00 CET | 1000 range
14:00 CET | 2000 range
15:00 CET | 3000 range
16:00 CET | 4000 range
17:00 CET | 5000 range

Central European Time | Amsterdam Time

All the lots in a range close simultaneously. Please bid in time.

During two weeks, you can view and manage your bids on our website. When you're outbid, you'll see it on your personal page Live bids. Our system also sends an email.

If there are (counter) bids in the last 10 minutes, the lot will be extended by five minutes. All the other lots in the series close as soon as the countdown clock hits 00:00:00.

You may also enter a maximum bid. The computer will bid on your behalf. When you are outbid, or in the event of an extension, our system sends an email. A maximum bid also may be handed over in writing. For example by sending an e-mail, or by filling out a bid form during one of our viewing days. Please note, to accept your bids you have to be registered first. Requests for a telephone line can only be taken in exceptional cases.


During the closing of a range, you can be present in person. Please note, you have to register for this in advance. It is not possible to collect any purchases during the auction day, there are assigned collection days after the auction day.


Buyers costs

Our buyers premium is 28% including VAT. In our auction house you can pay by pin card, we don't accept credit cards. 

Resale right 

Resale right applies to works of art by living artists and artists who died less than 70 years ago if the transaction value -including commission- is 3000 euros or more.

In the event that resale right applies, we will charge this to the buyer. Resale right will be calculated afterwards, via a separate invoice. Up to 50,000 euros, the resale right is a percentage of 4%. For more information about resale right, please click here (NL only) or please contact our staff.

Collecting, shipping and transport

Collecting 

Purchases can be collected from Monday afternoon 29 November, during two weeks. To collect your purchases, you have to book a time slot on our website. Booking will be available from Sunday evening 28 November, we'll send an email as soon as booking is possible. It is not possible to collect purchases on the auction day.

House rules collecting days

Please wear a face mask and keep a social distance of 1.5 meters.

Sinterklaas

Is a purchase a Sinterklaas present (5 December)? Then we advise to pick it up, as shipments will be sent after Sinterklaas, from Monday 6 December. To be in time for Sinterklaas, there will be time slots available up until Saturday 4 December 13:30 hours. Please read the information above.

Shipping within The Netherlands

Do you wish shipping within The Netherlands? We can pack your items carefully and send them via Post NL (signed delivery, standard ensured up until 500 euro). 

Shipments will be sent after Sinterklaas, from Monday 6 December.
